The vertical focuses exclusively on developing Grade-A industrial and warehousing infrastructure across South India’s key manufacturing and logistics corridors. Formerly known as Casagrand Distripark Private Limited, the division operates through Casagrand Spaceintell, a structured special purpose vehicle established for industrial and warehousing development. The mandate is clear: create governed industrial ecosystems, not fragmented land transactions.

Arun MN
Arun MN is the Founder and Managing Director of the Casagrand Group, overseeing the group’s residential, commercial, industrial and allied businesses. Since founding Casagrand in 2004, he has led the organisation’s growth into a multi-vertical real estate platform with a strong focus on scale, execution discipline and long-term development. With a background in engineering and management and early professional experience at Wipro, Arun brings an operator’s perspective to building and governing large-format developments across South India.
Motiram Prasad
Motiram Prasad leads Casagrand Industrial & Warehousing, overseeing the development and operation of industrial and warehousing infrastructure across key growth corridors. With over a decade of leadership within the Casagrand ecosystem, he brings deep experience across supply chain operations, logistics infrastructure and industrial park development. His background spans senior roles in operations, pre-sales and business development with organisations such as Genpact and RR Donnelley. An MBA in Operations and Marketing from Symbiosis, Prasad focuses on operational discipline, scalability and aligning infrastructure with real-world supply chain requirements.
